Policy:
NO MINIMUM ORDER!**
FOB Akron, Ohio. We ship our packages via different
carriers depending on the best rate for the customer.
Due to the wide variety of our product selection,
most freight costs are not always known until after the
order has shipped. The Grand Total does not include freight costs. Freight costs will be determined at or after the time of shipping based on the quantity, size and weight of your products along with package dimensions weight and shipping destination. Freight quotes are available on
request as well as special freight considerations
on certain large volume customers and orders.
Orders are shipped within 2 (two) business
days following the Phone or Fax Confirmation of your order by a Terra representative.
In the unlikely event you have breakage or problems with your shipment, call us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and we will process your claim immediately.
* If paying by C.O.D. there is an additional charge.
